Moschino Beauty offers a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the unused items in their original Moschino designer packaging and include the printed return form inside the shipping box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is fully processed.
